Happy birthday to my friend, 
and since he's doing something themed to the CMC, I thought the best birthday present would be their little flag. It may not be show accurate (I don't remember what it looks like, and I think I made the pony look almost cat like), but it's the heart that matters most.
The start message has to do with the thought of the CMC having grown up and gained their Cutie Marks, and they can inspire a new generation to be friends and seek their's.
