Sugar... Spice... and Everything Nice, but a different dose of Chemical X, as in like the recently released Pokemon X Version.
Anyway, my good buddy KKD, gave me the idea and then I thought about drawing it, and then the idea hit me. I gave them lockets that matched the Powerpuff colors, and then I added a small fluff of pink hair to Pikachu. So yea, I really loved making this.
I don't own Pokemon or Powerpuff Girls.
